Relationship Therapy
In Relationship Therapy, the focus is, unsurprisingly, relational. This means exploring how you relate to others, how you experience relationships, most importantly, how you see and relate to yourself.
-
Whether you're navigating friendships, family dynamics, romantic connections, or your own sense of identity, Relationship Therapy offers a space to reflect, make sense of your experiences, and grow in self-awareness.
-
Together, we can explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools that support more fulfilling, authentic relationships - with others, and with yourself.
-
It’s also a space to strengthen your sense of identity and confidence, helping you move toward the kind of connections and life that feel meaningful to you.
Self-Esteem & Body Image
I work with individuals who are struggling with self-esteem and confidence in the context of sex and relationships. Together, we explore the roots of these challenges and work toward building self-worth, emotional resilience, and more fulfilling intimate connections."
Dating & Starting New Relationships
It's common and understandiable to have anxieties around dating or starting a new relationship, and for some, they approach therapy to navigate theset thoughts and feelings. Together we explore the hopes, fears, and patterns that can emerge in dating or new relationships. We build clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self to support healthy, authentic connection.
Shame
Sexual shame can run deep, often shaped by past experiences, culture, or early messages about sex and the body. In therapy, we gently explore these layers to create space for healing, self-acceptance, and a more empowered relationship with your sexuality.
Attachment Styles & Intimacy
Sexual shyness can make it difficult to express desire, ask for what you need, or feel at ease in intimate moments. In therapy, we explore these experiences with curiosity and care, helping you build confidence, comfort, and a more connected relationship with your sexuality.
Sex / Gender Identity
Exploring gender identity can bring up complex questions, emotions, and experiences. Therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to unpack identity, navigate uncertainty, and move toward a more authentic sense of self.
